Nice...I do these with suspension straps when traveling, often outdoor off a tree. Never really liked them...just didn’t feel quite right, still it did work the back and biceps to some degree. Now I’m worrying I may have been following one of the ‘screw up’ methods. Will work on that!

Can this replace the barbell row since they are both horizontal pulls? Do people progressively overload on this? There's no such thing as a weighted inverted row, is there?

Yeah you can absolutely do that! I've posted doing inverted rows with over 135 pounds added for 5+ reps
