Hey David i just won a vault from an Instagram giveaway and its locked open i cant move the glide lock without alot of force? Any tips or do i need to contact warranty?

Qsp would sell alot more knives if they would give my RUclips boys like jared affiliate links and have a rewards program like every other manufacturer on the planet. You guys need to be competitive
