    Jake is so right I focused on front squats for about 2 months straight they’re way harder but hit your quads and core so much . After this I hit 315 for 6 when I never even did more than 295 for 5

    Been a long time follower of Steve and saw him change and go through so much but he never forgot about the fans and always gives back! Want to thank you guys for all the information and help that you give and ask for nothing in return. Can’t wait to try this one out. Still considering the power program but maybe the swole program will change my mind.

    I just came from doing Steve cook 8 weeks of physique, and this workout just kicked my ass a good one, am gonna try out the week and see if I can join into the full program. This is pure madness

    What is your recommendation for people who are unable to do these supersets due to the gym set up, or that they are being used at that time. I have tried to do variations of these workouts so I can still get the workout, but I don't feel like its the same all the time. Any advise?

    What could i do if i cant do leg extensions at the end? I have a bad knee that doesnt let me. Any thoughts on some kind of replacement?
