Jake is so right I focused on front squats for about 2 months straight they’re way harder but hit your quads and core so much . After this I hit 315 for 6 when I never even did more than 295 for 5

What is your recommendation for people who are unable to do these supersets due to the gym set up, or that they are being used at that time. I have tried to do variations of these workouts so I can still get the workout, but I don't feel like its the same all the time. Any advise?
