How do you two like to make your Keto Chow shakes? I like baking with some of the Keto Chow flavors and making creami’s with it too. I prefer the pill form of electrolytes as well. 😊

Me too! I don’t like salty drinks 🤣
I just use the package directions for CJ’s shakes. I usually use heavy cream as the fat source. He likes lots of ice 🧊
