@@theitaliantasker Hi, thank you for the helpful response. I discovered the issue- the white plastic pegs in the drawers weren't tightened enough and were coming undone, causing the drawer to be caught. Thanks again!

Is it necessary to anchor it to a wall ? My drawers won’t open until I move the lock up.
