I had a coyote for a pet they are great dogs. That’s all they are, wild dogs. And yes they try to eat things because they are hungry and they need to eat. They can’t have chicken farms like humans do

I ran two down with my pickup in my neighborhood. Coyotes had jumped my fence and killed one of my dogs the week before. A Karen watched me run them over and got all over me, threatening to call the police, the paper, PETA, the PTA, the HOA, etc. I told her that had killed my dog, but she wasn’t having any of that. She got loud, I just left. Two months later she wanted to know what the HOA was going to do about the Coyotes coming into the neighborhood, one had killed her dog in the yard while she was there. She did not accept my offer to teach her how to shoot.
I'm writing from a suburb of Chicago. We moved into our house in 2006. There were many wild rabbits on the backyard, very nice and friendly. But very soon they disappeared somewhere. There are a few left. We loved them. One rabbit spent the night outside the front door. Only later did we realize that they were all eaten by coyotes, which at night freely walked around the house. And now in 2021 there are only 1 or 2 rabbits around. All were caught by coyotes. It's a pity for the peaceful and friendly rabbits. We do not know how to deal with coyotes in our village. I prefer Rabbits not Coyotes at my backyard. (copy for every coyotes hunting)
People, unless you live out in bush, you will not understand what coyotes do to the livestock and safety of all. I have had the opportunity to live on both ends (city and bush) and all i can say to all is be open minded. What makes sense in one area is counter to another. Take this as a learning opportunity to see other lives in the world different to your own.
I have a cool story So my dad he was in his barn about to go hunting and this huge buck ran up are driveway. My dad shot it two minutes later a huge coyote ran up the driveway my dad shot it as well that was the only coyote my dad ever shot but it is a great memory to have.

I have seen a moose on a trail cam on my buddies property though. They apparently released some breeding pairs there 30 years ago or something.

me and my friends from around when I was 12-17 would just set up somewhere with our rifles where we knew there was coyotes or whatever else we were hunting and had little things forgot what they are called that one of us could press to make the other ones vibrate for a second and we would get a small phone or something and communicate with eachother to do kind of like a synch shot and get 2-4 in a few seconds.

There is no state where you need a tag for a coyote; just a normal hunting license will do. You cannot kill enough of these things, so you're really doing the ecosystem a favor which is likely the largest reason why!

There 19 different breeds of coyote in America some are bigger some are smaller.
I live in the Pacific Northwest and the yotes here get to be in the 70-80lb range those ones were probably yearlings like he said in the video.

It’s both really. They’re pests around livestock and horses. But at the same time it’s fun as hell hunting them

I was once walking home from work when I saw a Cyot just wagging his tail his back to me, so I bird called at him till he realized I was right ontop of him then he stopped wagging and I lost track of him right there, when I got home my Grandmother was waiting on me and said , pointing at a tree by a old path "Pee of that Tree!" I just looked at her and asked "Cyot?" She was dumbfounded that I knew right off the bat and asked how I knew and told her what just happened
