00:00 (TC: 01.31.10): Americanization cattle rancher leads cattle classic JUAN VALDEZ COFFEE - COLOMBIAN COFFEE COMMERCIAL - Кино
I didn't realize Juan hand picks and washes one bean at a time. Most coffee makers wouldn't do that. Thanks Juan! 😍
No Keurig for Juan
Management fired Juan shortly after filming that commercial when they noticed that he didn’t wash his hands after leaving the employee restroom. Juan later got a job as a drug mule for a major drug cartel.
OMG I love that guitar playing throughout the commercial...beautiful music
That's old folcloric Colombian music from the Andes region.

Spanish guitarra acoustica ... muy romantico !
Been drinking Columbian coffee for 46 years to the day and I plan on drinking Columbian till I die.
Well , thank Juan for that.
Muchas gracias Juanito
Colombian*
"Colombian"!
Juan Valdez switched to growing coca in the 1980s.
The phrase "rrrich Corrrinnnthian llleather" would fit perfectly into this monologue.
Juan Valdez and his trusty mule drove up in their Chrysler Cordoba with rich Corinthian leather to pick coffee
Its in these hills that Juan Valdez wakes up in the morning and puts on his clothes along with his Rrrrrich Corrrrinnnthian leather bag and goes to his trusty mule to gather coffee beans which make 100% pure colombian coffee.
@mikepanigot1627 with Ricardo Montelban with fine crushed velour (manure).
It is in these hills that Juan Valdez and his trusty goat gather coffee beans every morning.

My saint, savior, and dealer.
R.I.P. Carlos Sánchez as Juan Valdez
I'm impressed that they hired a real Columbian for these commercials.
"Juan Valdez worked fourteen hours a day, seven days a week under a blazing sun. He required twenty cups of coffee per day to stay awake..."
-Mad Magazine
I remember this commercial from when l was growing up. The beans were hand picked by Juan Valdez!
Years ago a relative was in the hospital and we went down to the cafeteria. This relative was in a cranky mood. Someone got a coffee from the machine, and my niece said 'the beans were hand picked by Juan Valdez...' our ill relative took a sip of coffee, looked at it, and grouched it looks like Juan Valdez took a shit in it... we all cracked up laughing!
❤Juan Valdez was my favorite commercial 😊
“Gracias, Juan!”
“S’alright.”
It's a gringo with a great voice! Norman Rose.
Indeed, the great voice of Norman Rose.
Juan worked hard those days

You know, listening carefully, I could swear that the announcer was a gringo talking in a phony accent...
Yes. That's NORMAN ROSE- one of the best-known voices in commercials during the 1950's, '60s and '70s........he used that accent in these "100% Columbian Coffee" commercials.
This is what he looked like a few years before his death..........www.cbsrmt.com/img/_a/27.jpg
