Use 3 Blue lock player in your squad. Then you rating will be increased, Overwise not.
Under New Pep : Daily Rewards Ronaldo Rating will be 100

But under 88 New L. ROMAN, Ronaldo rating 100

If you want this formation. Then you go to squad and see an edit Icon besides your GK. Click on this icon and edit formation according to your tactics

Use 87+ playstyle manager...
If then don't works. That's means you trained grizzi differently. Retrained him with auto progression. Then try again
