He buys shoes... My entire inventory fits in a shoe box :-) I'm a full time RV guy, I envy the storage space Hairy has...yet my shoe box life has pushed my sales higher by cherry picking the best and leaving the low yield volume to others. Props to those who got the stamina to grind it out with volume, but I got limited space and need to make it count.

I just stumbled across your channel yesterday and super glad I did! My wife and I also thrift and sell on eBay down here in Charleston, and after seeing your videos she seems to think you’re the upstate version of me! We look for almost all of the same items, but your vids have opened my eyes to other areas I usually would overlook. I also have a “route” system of thrift stores I use on days where my regular work is slow. It’s inspiring to see that you’ve switched to thrifting full time. It’s something I’ve often considered but haven’t gone for just yet. If you ever want to make the trip down I’d be happy to share my route! There’s plenty of them in 20 mile radius!

Congrats on 10K sir, I applaud you trying to keep plastic bags out of the landfills, I recently purchased and started using an impulse heat sealing machine that allows me to seal items in these bags, it doesn't keep them out of landfills but does add one more use from them.

    • @phxjaguar5207

Sammie Runner great reuse. I use my sealer to reuse bags also that are usually in the free clean boxes I can source. Lol I think I have told about everybody about it. I feel it ups the presentation quite a bit and usually saves me money as well, the trade off with extra time spent is ok for me. I do tend to not use the grocery sacks or anything that looks like a garbage bag. So many other options available including making whatever bags I need from sheets of plastic, bubble wrap, shrink wrap (I tend to use on higher priced games, dvds, and other boxed items), and for more of the unique factor, sheet foam including sill plate foam gasket and after holiday clearance cello wrap (Easter is my favorite with yellows, blues, clear, etc and frilly patterns). Kinda thin so I save for exterior presentation. Hope I maybe gave you an idea that helps. Btw most everything of this I’ve been able to obtain from thrift and dollar stores for less than $2 including my current sealer (the bubble wrap and foam I would use with or without anyhow)

Can you explain the printing labels part? What machine do you use and do you just pay per label?

Hello Sir, So what brands of bats are good for reselling? And what about for golf clubs. Is nike sassqush3 good clubs? Sorry for misspelling

I dont know about bats. I just look each one up as I find them. Nike sasquatch is old. Not worth anything.

Just curious what you look for in baseball/softball bats. At the 20 min mark or so you were looking at some Eastons that looked good from the video but I know in person, you may see dents or wear that we can't see. Thanks for the content.

Those were just some older models. Some old models can be good though. The best way to learn is just look up every single bat you find until you get a good idea of what sells

Keep an eye out for hobby board games (not talking about mass market Hasbro and Milton Bradley games). Games like Ticket to Ride, Catan, anything by Fantasy Flight Games, etc. They fetch hefty prices on eBay. Often sell for $3 or $4 at goodwill and can vary on ebay between $30 and $60

      I recently sold a D&D starter set for $50. I paid $3 for it

Our Goodwills here in Miami-Dade county have stopped giving plastic bags entirely. Now I take my reusable bags everywhere even the thrift stores that will give you plastic bag.
