I honestly have no idea how this worked, but it did. In my case, I just deleted all other language files from both folders, I did not have the DLC folder, and the 1 fps title screen bug is gone. Its always the random indians on youtube that help, you're a lifesaver man

@@daryunop2256 I only deleted the Russian files because the English files already exist in there. But before that I tried to rename them and they just save a copy of the file. "fcc_main_english(2).fat" 👈like this
