Is there option for varnish also? And multilayer printing

Sorry friend, for this printer, varnish printing is not currently supported, it support CMYK+W/ CMYK+W+Fluorescent Color Printing. If the multilayer printing you refer to the 3D emnossment effect, then this machine can't do. Thanks.
