2 lemons.
Eggs 2 pcs.
sugar 150 g.
Starch 4 tablespoons.
Milk 300 ml.
Eggs 6 pcs.
A pinch of salt.
Sugar 7 tablespoons.
Flour 160 g
Butter 120 g.
Milk 50 ml.
Powdered sugar 1 tsp.
Coconut flakes.
White chocolate.
Bon appetit 💖

INGREDIENTS 🇮🇹:
Eggs 4 pcs.
A pinch of salt.
Vanilla sugar 5 g.
Sugar 100 g.
Water 9 tbsp.
Flour 200 g.
Baking powder 1 teaspoon.
In the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Raspberry 300 g.
Sugar 100 g.
Cornstarch 1 tbsp.
Water 40 ml.
Mascarpone 300 g.
200 ml whipping cream.
Powdered sugar 1 tbsp.
Vanilla sugar 5 g.
Divide into four parts.
Refrigerator for 2 hours.
Garnish with whipped cream, coconut flakes, and white chocolate.

Yeah, it takes longer than five minutes because of the time it takes in the oven, but the most important is the style of cake and I don't cut cakes in such a way because sometimes you don't have equal parts so I take a sewing thread around the cake taking care of the distance and cut it with the thread. Very simple and you can have even parts. I speak different languages. That's why I wrote in Italian to the cook and in English to you. Many blessings.

I always have problems with cooking milk with the flour,some help is cooking in the low heat and mixing it all the time……
