@@Pollidulal So, please tell me, i Purchased a New Phone 5 days back and, i installed System Update restarted the phone and, than used my phone for 4 days And, Now if i Factory Reset my phone (236mb update- hdr, camera imprvm, battry, touch imprv etc), Will i get that Previous installed system update (above 236mb) Again after Factory resetting phone? Not talking abt the Future updates

I am like 2 seconds to imploding. my daughter has an A11 that needed a hard factory reset... it now keeps getting stuck on the checking for updates, and it won't move past...it ends with something went wrong try again later. I honestly am going to freak, she NEEDS a phone as a little lady...can anyone please help me!!! This method of removing the sim didn't work

It didn't work, and you could have posted a 5 second video saying "remove the sim" instead of faffing about for over 2 minutes. What worked for me was going back and disconnecting the wifi. No internet access meant it couldn't check for updates and moved on.

How can you disconnect the wifi and then access ? For me it should be connected to internet to continue and then it sucks...
