Hey Matt, sorry you had to go to school with bad people, if I was in your school I 100% would have been your friend and stuck up for you.

That urologist was a hero, good that there are good people in the hospital too, good that God helped. Staff definitely don't talk about you behind your back, I have had heart problems in the past and the hospital staff have always been nice to me I was lucky, but don't worry they won't do that, any who are unkind will be fired. Always stand up to yourself, they should call you by your name. Also, sorry your mother was unkind about your condition, it's not true at all! If you want a wife, find one, anyone would be lucky to have you Matt! Maybe try find a wife in the Bladder Exstrophy community? Make sure to stay on top of your condition. If I'm ever in Australia I'll try pay you a visit.
    Beautiful background music too!

If you tell your dad how much you're struggling he may help you, you may ahve tried this but tell him that you actually are really struggling and can't continue without his help. Blessings from England.

I have a heart condition, and I am not a nurse but I still want to help out so what I do is volunteer for the training doctors to practice using the machines on me which is how I help even though I am not a nurse, maybe tell your urologist that you'd want to do something similar to help people with Bladder exstrophy?

If you can't afford mental health, you could try reach out to people in Church for help, or try call a helpline which are free I believe.
