A suggestion to anyone who is feeling anxious, something that got me through a lot of anxiety was thanking God and then asking Him to help me feel His peace. Not AT peace, HIS peace, it made a huge difference, and/or saying "Lord, I surrender myself to you, take care of everything", as well as picturing a peaceful place that I've made in my mind.

Oh this is an answered prayer. I’m 7 months postpartum and my darkest nights I don’t have peace. Sometimes I hold my little one in the dark and all I can say is “Jesus” because I don’t know how or why or when or if... or should I... or could I.... but Jesus. I had it too my friend. I had it for a very long time, and I finally got some medication to help me. At the time I did not think I would ever get through it, but I did, with prayer, and asking God to lead me to the right doctor. Now 9 years later I always tell new mom's this too shall pass, and you will one day look back and tell another new mom the same thing. I know it seems like a long journey but I promise once you get some sleep, once you can start to feel human again it goes so fast. I promise you are not alone. I promise.

I'm sorry you were treated badly friend, but do not forget your God is with you and is willing to hear your anxieties and fears because he cares for you, friend. Do not give up, every time you have anxiety focus on love in your heart for God. Through these guidelines, you will find strength and rest. Every night tell God everything you care about, everything you're scared of, every suffering, and he will care for you.

If you are struggling, just know that God is with you and that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Everything happens for a reason and God picks the strongest people to go through the toughest things. Don't be anxious for God is with you and anxiety is the devil's voices feeding into your mind and taking control of you.
Day 5 of feeling anxious and calling out to God. I won't stop calling to God until I die.

Day 3 and the anxiety has come from nowhere, I literally woke up the other day anxious and the horrible weight in my chest hasn’t lifted. In Jesus name I pray that everyone feeling the affects of anxiety will have it lifted and that Lord Jesus will place peace upon all who suffer that He will come in to the hearts of those in need and fill it with the Holy Spirit. @@brittnay2546Dear sister in Christ, I know this is a month ago that you posted but I came on RUclips at 3am searching for Christian help because I have been suffering a week long anxiety attack that has turned into panic attacks 3 times this same week. I had to go to ER twice. I have been deep breathing and thanking God and crying out to Jesus. And I am still scared but I know fear is not of God yet cannot stop it. I surrender all of me to your care Jesus. But God brought me here and I feel alot calmer as in only the peace that can come from our Lord and Saviour.
Your posts touched my heart (as did everyones) as I too was the driver in a rollover 4x4 accident and I was traumatized but we all were uninjured except for smalls cuts etc. I prayed for you and for healing of your physical injuries and for healing of your panic attacks and I will keep you in my prayers. With Jesus as our strength, we can do all things(Philippians 4:13). God will never give us more than we can handle! Love and blessings I pray for you and all who are suffering. God bless!

This is arguably the best Christian perspective I’ve found on anxiety. It doesn’t make you feel bad for being anxious and therefore make it worse, it frames it in a realistic and understandable way
I’m writing here because maybe a space to vent and put my thoughts down will help my mind. I came to listen to this video tonight at 3am because I have emetophobia and my husband woke up a couple of hours ago feeling unwell. I know my anxiety is valid, but when it comes on, it completely consumes me. My body physically trembles. I am just requesting peace from the Lord. Peace for my body, right now, in this moment. Also, for peace in the future, because it’s okay to be sick and I know I will encounter others who are sick in the future. It is a normal thing that can happen to our bodies. I’m also just requesting peace for my husband. Thankfully he’s been asleep for a couple hours, but I pray his body is getting adequate rest and he will wake feeling well. If you see this and you’re awake, would you pray for us?
I request be healed from depression and ANXIETY and fear. Stomach problems sinis problems. And the attacks of the devil be removed in the name of Jesus. Amen

I was relaxing then all of a sudden I felt weak, everything got darker my arms got stiff felt like pins and needles tingly through my body and arms, heart beating super fast, felt like I was going to leave this earth… I can’t tell if it’s anxiety, heart attack, sleep deprivation, stroke, I don’t know and I’m kind of scared someone dearly please pray for me 8-25-23
I got covid in May and my health and life was turned upside down. From anxiety to high blood pressure and a lot of fatigue. I thank God for surviving covid but i still have anxiety and my blood pressure goes up and down from time to time but i am grateful for God's grace and mercy. Sometimes we have to be at our lowest for us to get back to God so we can put our trust in him and believe that he will make a way if we can't do it on our own.
Amen. I'm also suffering panic attacks post covid. It's like it just wore me out I couldn't fight the thoughts and the fear of blood clots or death were overwhelming. Jesus has set us free!! Let us believe it! Amen!

My 2 week old new born baby was dropped by my husband and suffered a skull fracture.. I feel my emotions high and I’m afraid I’m going to get postpartum... I am strong but I need you God. I need you to fight with me to be healthy and mentally strong during my sons healing. He is my first child and i need you now more than ever.
Father, we lift up this sweet baby and mother to Your care. Carry them through this time of healing when no words of comfort would be enough. Envelope their souls with Your radiating love that they may feel Your presence and it is enough for them to wait for their complete healing inside and out. Comfort the father in his grief and resolve any guilt. May the hearts of this family be bound together in love and may they share the testimony of their healing with others. Please pray for me….Once years ago I seen Jesus in my bedroom as I was praying. He showed me a part of my future and also a part of my brothers future. My brother went on to be elected a politician, which I was shown, a pro-life politician, but by no means perfect. Jesus showed me of tribulation to come into my life, but in the end God would save me from it, which has happened. I still suffer from anxiety from that tribulation which was bullying and persecution. Please pray for me my friend in Christ as it’s painful 😓 God bless, I will pray for you too ❤

I’ve been very anxious lately for I am waiting an interview result of my dream job. So anxious that I keep on checking my email. But I decided to seek an intervention for me to find peace and accept whatever the result may be. I let it go and put everything to God’s plan. I have never been closer to God. Thank you and I found this video.
This made me cry so much and gave me the sense of peace and release I’ve be yearning for.

I bawled right at this lines. My dad died this year, and i felt all my plans shattered. Plan is necessary but don’t let it be an illusion for control. Think about the future and moreover the present. Spend time with your loved ones before it’s too late. It is so much easier to let God take control.

We all want to find Him.
It's said in legends he was found in green pastures, deserts, boats, on the very water.
But these found God not because of the green pastures, deserts, plains, it was their sincere hearts to grow close to him that made them find Him.
Without the sincere heart it would've just been a place to be.
Grow close to Him, and I promise you, you will find him wherever you go, " He becomes close to those that become close to Him. "
To find his peace, and Himself, is to grow close to Him.
I promise, you'll find him with a sincere heart better than pastures of grass. Tell him your cares and anxieties, He cares about you and is eager to hear them
