hey! In one of your videos you said that we still have to go through a process of santification as christians but in the bible says: "And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. "Hebrews 10:10
Heyy!! Thank you for this comment. Sorry it took me a while to get to it! So sanctification is the process of being made holy. So in the scriptures when it says "we have been sanctified" that is to say we have been made holy, but getting to that point is a on going process. Sin and flesh contaminate our holiness which is why it is an ongoing process.
When you keep reading Hebrews 10:14 (four verses later it says) "For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified". 1 Corinthians 1:18 also says "For the word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God".
