Have you reset it at all? I had to reset mine at first because it wouldn't show and I manually had to go into my wifi settings to choose the device then back to the tuya app

lol. so were we. Its supposed to measure out the correct amount of water for filling you device up but we haven't used it at all. we just pour water straight into the humidifier
Sorry we forgot that part. The button on the right, press that one time to turn it on low mist, twice to turn it to high and 3 times to turn it off.. if you have it set up to google assistant you can use your voice

This isn’t working fir me 🤦🏽♂️ the wifi never pops up and I’ve been stuck at adding a device it’s annoying me now.
Is your wifi 2.4 or 5? If its 5 it will not work

You have to use the 2.4 MHz wifi
I've added it to my Google Home but can't use it from there. I cant switch on or operate the device from the Google Home App.

Mine will not make a mist at all.
Have you gone through all the different settings. I know if not using it via wifi it will have an option just for the light to be on and not the mist.
Thumbs down bc manual nor video tell how to turn it off. Mine won't shut off with the buttons or app
