Watched a video about game pace (mainly fighting games). But it mentioned 2 types of thinking. Passive and active basically. The 2nd kind requires lots of thinking and raises blood pressure and lowers blood sugar content. So they did a test of giving two groups lemonade one with real sugar the other fake and the real sugar group did better in the tasks (required type 2 thinking). So the baussffs replenishing sugars is actually a big G strat.
