The only thing missing - apart from a shower - which I wouldn't miss, is USB and 12v sockets. - or did I miss them?? :) The Pullman arrangement is so much better than having the table in the gangway. And you can sit looking out of the window next to you, watching the rain, rather than into the van. :)
Nick Wood Hi Nick, yes 240v, 12v, and USB sockets were all fitted to this conversion. I did show a few of them but the customer requested quite a few more but i didnt show them all. Many thanks for watching
Travel Trolls TV Thanks guys, i think i bumped into you guys at the NEC in Feb but didnt get chance to say hello as you was filming. Many thanks for watching
Amazing tidy finish, Excellent use of space , as usual , do you make the bodies out of grp sandwich panals with moulded skirts and air scoop on the front . or is it one complete fibreglass shell which is manufactured off site made to ur design ?
CORRIGEEN71 We dont make the fibreglass in house an external company does that for us but it is our design and they are seperate panels so if anything does happen such as an accident only that part has to be replaced. Many thanks for watching
Not my particular thing but it looks like you guys have done a superb job. Since you are a direct selling converter is it possible to “trade in” when buying from you? Thanks.
Was wondering about the metal strips holding the tank underneath. I've seen this snap with other van builds. They seem a bit flimsy to me. Would it add much to the cost to use solid metal restraining bars instead?
The straps are very strong and I have used them for years without any problems. The straps also give you the flexibility when you have an odd sized tank with a solid metal wouldnt. Many thanks for watching
dantheman 321 - cheers. Here is an example of one which snapped (at 8 mins in). Maybe you can spot why it didn't work in that application? ruclips.net/video/_5biPwnIHU4/видео.html
@@Wishwader Hi the metal straps didnt have a protective plastic coating on which ours do, and the metal straps didnt look very thick either so maybe not upto holding a 110ltrs of water ? Many thanks
Very nice. What would something like this cost ? What is the yearly tax cost on the vehicle? What is the average mpg? Thanks for any replies. I'm looking at something like this to travel Europe e.t.c however the Mrs just wants to jump on a plane
