I feel like the Left Back was more of an inverted Leftback with the Left CB playing like a wide centerback. Also Eric Smith, the Libero is probably the heart of the team dictating every move and setting the pace, he loves to play diagonal long passes to the wingers and takes quite a lot of risk in build up play.
This was really helpful man, thanks for putting the time in. I play FIFA since I like to play the games but will definitely be copying these tactics as best I can

Nice, I think van Hecke is more likely to play the role you have Dunk in here, I think he's better on the ball. Interested to see how Wieffer fits in since there isn't really a pure defensive midfielder role in this formation. Agree Baleba will definitely be crucial under Hurzeler
@@joe_tographer wieffer can get about the pitch though so wouldnt be surprised if he does the Irvine role In a lot of games
Great stuff. St. Pauli was one of my first saves in FM24 and de Zerbi at Brighton did very well with all those injuries and rotations. Hoped we could land him at Barcelona, but it did not go that way. Good move for Huerzler, but I feel for St. Pauli. It is going to be hard for them to stay without him.
Yeah have they replaced him yet at st Pauli?

We (Nürnberg) played them last season and we had no chance at all. They dominated us totally, but had some troubles if the Keeper did some mistakes at the buildup. So I guess the games they lost, the beat themselves. Gonna try it on a Tactic Test and have a look at it.

@@fctreq He is not bad, but Hürzeler wants to play out of the defense and Vasilj made some errors while being pressed high. For the Bundesliga they may need an upgrade on this position. What I have found is when I put roll ball out to centre backs the SK attack normally plays out from the back and doesn’t really go long

Id say he will change it up at Brighton in the final third but id expect him to keep his defensive structure as is. That is his bread and butter that three at the back and the way they start build up. I doubt he will stray from that.
Think might depend on what they have planned transfer wise I do think they will get and get in a RW

@@fctreq no idea that's the issue. Never saw anyone taking a chance on a 31 year old coach with no track record. But that's what Brighton do with their data analytics. Very worried now going into next season without him.

For the issue with the keeper not splitting the CBs, have you tried putting the CBs on Stay Wider? Also, the player instructions are totally cut off when you show them haha
Yeah I realised that but if people are listening then you don't need to see it 😉..I am changing my camera angle on it though so you can see it in future

Moder is excellent and was really finding his stride under Potter but then got laid off for 18 months with a serious injury. He was starting to look match-sharp towards the end of the season, but he's definitely more of an 8 than a 6 and can even play well as a 10.
So if he can keep fit he could definitely do the Irvine role with his physicality
which looks like mezzala because on mobile you don't have that role

Not sure what exactly Brighton's aims are for this new season... They started really well last season but it all fell apart and the team lacks quality up front. Taking a huge risk with this unproven manager, I just feel they were better off going for Kompany maybe or bring back Potter. They will always be just a yo yo type club unless Tony Bloom can keep their best players and get into Europa League for a start.
Think it was tricky losing Mitoma and March for large periods who were on fire season before they had to rely on there squad more last season with Europe and they can't keep selling there star players every season
@@fctreq So how many star players have Brighton sold in the last five years, not many.
@@timphillips9954 well the obvious 2 recently and then the point is going forward as well selling there best player. Brighton are maybe lucky that money is tight in the premier league now so people are maybe shying away from Ferguson and Mitoma I think if this was 2022 then clubs would be circling again
@@fctreq Think again Brighton have never been a selling club. Feruson has a had a bad year and Mitoma has been injured for most of it
@@timphillips9954 yeah coz they had no one to sell when they've been in league 2 🤣. I'm sure if big offers came in Brighton would be selling or the players would be pushing for moves. This isn't a criticism Tim club is wonderfully run

It's fucking free if you watch the video. The video I spend hours/days researching for. If I just had the tactic link most people wouldn't even watch the video they would just take the link and leave.
If people watched the video they get the tactic for FREE. Not as if I force people with the paid option and don't show the tactic in the video.
Tactic link means less watch the video which means less RUclips revenue for me and then for my family.
In your world it might be too expensive so that's why if you could be bothered to watch a video you can have it for free. In the UK where most of my audience is from you can't even buy a beer for £3 so it's more than reasonable for the amount of hours I spend a week sat making videos.

or, if you are that tight to pay for it, how about just watching the video and copying the tactics he shows for free? and actually gain an understanding so you might be able to make your own tactics instead of just taking other peoples?
