Hey I’m Erica. A mom Of 9 with kids from ages 1 month to 16 years. We have 6 Kids Under 7 so our life is a bit chaotic right now but we love every minute of it. The kids ages are 1month, 1, 3,4,6,7,12,15 & 16. Come with me as I do a little shopping as well as price checking to prepare to feed my family of 11 on a budget during summer break. We do two boxes of brownie mix in a 13×9 inch cake pan, then mix one box of chocolate pudding with a container of cool whip... After the Brownies cool, spread the mixture on top... And refrigerate, it goes a long way and it's very satisfying... I also use cherry pie filling on top and then cool whip... I'm raising my grandkids on a budget, making homemade desserts is fun to do with the kids, and it's budget friendly...

Popping your own popcorn is a great snack, Sliced apples , melons, celery and carrot sticks as well as some cucumbers and peppers for snacking.. Good crackers and some cheese and some good salami or cold cuts for snacking. Use applesauce instead of oil when baking the cakes. Stay away from all the veggie oils and go with something like Avocado or Olive oil. Dried fruits as well as mixed nuts for snacking is a favorite with our kids. Yogurt parfaits and let the kids make them, so much fun. Frozen fruit and some greek yogurt make great smoothies for the kids, you can even add in some healthy greens to boost the nutrition. Get the real Maple syrup it's so much better than the store bought chemical syrups they sell in the stores. Do you grow a garden? Grow your own lettuce, leafy greens, squash, herbs and such.

I know you like to buy muffins. Look for muffin mix in a package. I get one that only cost 1.25 and only requires water to be added.

I don’t know how many kids you have but I watch another channel that has 11 kids and she makes lunch for them and so they can get their lunch from their lunch box and they can eat it whenever they want it so your not in the kitchen cooking
