    interesting video. i have adopted these dietary changes a few weeks ago to try to reverse NAFLD and calm the gallbladder along with fibromyalgia pain. Hopefully i will see the benefits soon

    The Pharaos also had a lot of animal products and fatty foods, whereas the normal ppl could hardly afford it.

    You may want to do your own closed captioning. The automatic one you have at 19:38 is problematic. You are saying vinegar but the captioning substituted it with an unkind word for people of color (N-word)

    I was watching until I heard Dr Gundry being mentioned as an expert on this. That’s when I stopped watching. The guy that sells supplements and appears in crazy ads, and says beans are bad for you. He was a heart surgeon, not an expert in nutrition. They’re two very different things. And now he’s a complete joke, and so are you for referencing him.
    The gut microbiome is definitely a factor in many things, but please consult experts on it, not RUclips quacks.
