Celebrating annual day is great step taken by any, college, University or school,,but one thing here is quite disappointing that, skipping the recitation of holy quran is totally wrong,or we can say day by we are indulging ourselves in westernization,ALAS just take a look at the any event organising or organized by anywhere in India or abroad,first of all their starting touches hearts because they start up every occasion with their religious messages,but here the things are going totally in a difficult and disappointing way,,,I m not judging,or criticising you ,,m just trying to say ,,why the recitation of holy Quran+Naat/Hadiths was skipped here?
There was a time when we used to start every program in schools with the Recitation of Qur'an and then Naat e Shareef.... And further the topics were used to be based on islamic theme... But nowadays everything has changed... Dancing and singing are main parts of a program in present time... Not here but everywhere
We have produced now budtamaz qoom ...I am also Ug 6th semester student ..I think we have also good writers in Kashmir, poets ...Mahjoor sb.. mohmood gami ..wahab khar ...yehi qoom burbad hoti hai jo dosri tradition ko apna ti hai..shame on this dirty programme...
