Yummy that looks so good. I love lamb & mint , unfortunately my husband don't mind the lamb but he dosent like mint as in savory food so this recipe I would serve his up 1st then add mint to my gravy. That lamb looked lovely
Our freezer is packed to the rafters with Crimbo shopping,but I’m sending hubby out tomorrow to grab a half price leg of lamb! I’ll find room for it somewhere! 😂
