Very helpful video! I recently bought my SE 9180 and enrolled in your Embroidery Essentials class. I’ve been working through the videos, but haven’t been confident enough to dive into my project yet. I thought it best to practice a bit first. I did two practice pieces yesterday. My first came out awful I. I had mostly bobbin thread showing and my thread kept breaking. My second design, after retreading both the upper thread and the bobbin thread came out much better, but the thread did break twice, I rethreaded and finally on the third attempt it stayed threaded until the design completed. The only issue I observed in the end was that some of my design was thinner in spots. I’m going to try again, but know I know to lower my tension, I had left it at a 4. Determined to get it right so I can gain the confidence I need to begin my Embroidery Essentials project! Love your videos and classes!
Great. Idea, many thanks. Which app do,you, use for mysewnet? The one I downloaded from the App Store doesn’t have the SE918X as an available machine model. Thanks
Nice Video, thanks!!!! But I have a question- Do this machine accepts the 10 x 6 and 5 x 7 Endless Borderless Hoops from Viking/PFAFF? After all, the embroidery unit has the same hoop mount or attachment type as the Viking Topaz 50 or the PFAFF Creative Icon. Thanks again!!!!!
No links for the needle book video, I need measurements. But they aren't anywhere. And they close comments. Can you help please. Thanks ( this is the tile" DIY Needle Book | Sewing Project Tutorial")
Like the ease of mounting the hoops.
You had the best explanation I’ve heard about the tension! Thank you

The hoops are different from the Pfaff/Viking. Only use the Singer hoops you find here: www.singer.com/accessories/embroidery-hoops
can this machine embroider tulle and organza?
does Singer make an endless hoop for this model ?
What is the throat space with this machine? Thanks much
How is it for tensan?

How clean or cut thread 🪡 if we want stop in middle or uncomple
does it have an optional thread spool to attach to the back of the machine available for purchase?
