  • This is a very simple Audio Amplifier for laptop and mobile phones. and very easy to make at home. it can be operated at 12V-DC to 24V-DC. you can make it portable by using rechargeable batteries. this circuit is for mono application. if you want stereo, just make an other circuit same like this and connect it with this in parallel by combining both ground wires. please like, share & subscribe...

    Thanks for the video. Great work. However may i suggest that you begin assembly with the small resistors in the centre of the pcb and then go outwards installing the larger components. That way even relatively inexperienced builders can be much more successful. Also if you wan to copy schematic simply freeze the video and copy it on paper with a pencil. Again thanks and congrats.

    this is a really good video, i only neded the scheme ad the rest i did all by myself, i can't make a printed pbc because my dad does not have that acid which you use to make the pbc ( he used that method when he was younger ). so i had to get a pbc board wich had just a lot of holes in it and i had to make the trails with cables and it was a pain to do it, but after 4 hours i did it and i am not experienced at all the only circuit i have done before was a flipflopp circuit. thank you for this !

    Try TDA7265, two TDA2030 in one package with additional standby/mute input. TDA7265 works more smooth & more stable than TDA2030.

    Proteus is much better than multisim/ultiboard...i will study that software because som components are missing in multisim we cannot simulate it well..ill try this on our circuits project.. :) thanks :)

    i have a classic car that came with an infinity system in it and two of the amps were shot on it i want to replace them with some new ones i want to make a 60w amp i have the 2030a's now but i cant find a page and i have the pdf on the 60w board but doesnt tell me the exact caps to use

    Great video and extremely informative. I assume this is some type of a kit because of the board being a printed circuit or did you some how make the board. Can I purchase this amplifier as a kit and where? Thank you.

    Sir,
    I want to know that how TDA2030A can give higher output at a single 12V supply when the datasheet says it needs at least 24Volts that is Dual +/- 12Volts ?
    I made this circuit for Single supply operation as given in datasheet and powered it with 18Volts 2Amps transformer which gave me 25 Volts peak voltage but the output was around 2 Watts. Please help

      For 40 watt must bridge two 2030 ics ...best way is use tda 2050 ic its 40 watts and circuits were same like 2030

      +Uzumaki Nagato i don't understand your question. But every capacitor voltage ratings must be higher than supply voltage.

    TDA2030 in mono , have only 15W :) TDA 2040 is 20W and TDA 2050 is 40W :)

    how to i chose capacitors voltage and resistors watt ?

      Capacitor voltage should be higher than the highest voltage that will go through it. For the power supply, since you'll be having 12V, a 16V 4700uF will work. Resistor wattage will depend on current and voltage that will go through it. For this circuit 1/4W will work on any resistor.

      You are wrong man....if we apply 12 volt ac for rectification the final dc volt is above 15 v dc....!because of that 4700uf capacitor ...! If u have doubt check the voltage between capacitor +ve and -ve.... so use a 25 v capacitor or capacitor will blow soon! So always use double rating of ac volt.....2030 ic have no problem its works 18 v dc...

      Yes ...really safe but in 8 ohms speaker Maximum output is 9 watts....use 25 volt 4700 uf capacitor

    Tda2030A won't output higher power at single 12 volt supply coz it's designed for split supply. I made this circuit but output is around just 2 watts

    Dear, with such a radiator cooling 20 Watts can not be, why cheat?, you looked at the technical documentation (0:41), where the graph of the output power parameters is given depending on the value of the supply voltage and the resistance of the speaker, and when powered from 12 Volts, 20 Watts of output power is unattainable, it turns out that you see the technical documentation but do not understand anything in it.
