Nice to very directly see confirmation that the seikret is customizable. I remember the devs saying so before, but that wasn't present in the open beta and the character editor hadn't been shown off yet. The camps also being customizable is cool too!
very happy to see how customizable the seikret is, it was one of my biggest hopes upon seeing them for the first time. i think the only thing i'd want at this point is a different marking pattern. like spotted instead of striped (i rlly do like the striping though)

We are talking about MH, which is a series that arguably offers the most amount of top AAA quality content for your dollar. The they go ahead and give us a full year of FREE title update content, then another full year after the expansion, and we going to complain about MTX in this context? @@tylerbabcock9 yeah but later the player did 2 evades to skip charging the bow and went straight for a dragon piercer that is empowered by the lvl 3 charge. So the footage with the pierce coating is legit
@@midknight198 there are videos already talking about it. I saw a video from a japanese youtube using insect glaive and he bounced 3 times. He is a speedrunner though so he was going for optimal combos. Maybe we can bounce more.

Quematrice has very quickly grown on me. It's a small Brute Wyvern that convergently evolved to be similar to Bird Wyverns, even making chicken noises and having a pecking attack, and uses its tail as a brush to spread its flammable oil as an attack.

The open beta build back then wasn't meant to test performance. It was purposely for a stress test server. Why? Because in Oktober when the beta launched, they had another build shown in Tokyo showcase, which I believe is now used in this preview. This build probably gonna be the demo for performance feedback etc.
I think it's fair to criticize performance even in early builds so the devs know what to prioritize. Too many times in the past other games have had awful performance in early builds that went unaddressed in the final release. I'm looking forward to the game and it seems they're listening to feedback :)

Am I the only one that was wondering what theme started playing in the background of the tent/seikret customization. I mean yeah it could be used for that, but in my opinion it sounds to heroic for that
I think it would be cool if Arkveld was killing all the Apexs because it is protecting its offspring, and at the end you see the last of its kind with both parents and the chicks. And then you understand why it is being aggressive to any threats from tribes to large monsters. Because they have been pushed to near extinction by both.
Good points but I was hoping you can travel the world with your friends much like pokemon scarlet and violet did. I hope they consider this instead of friends just joining in quest.
I'm surprised Quematrice is a medium-sized monster. So, it's in the same rank as Great Jagras and Kulu Ya ku? Likely the first ever brute wyvern to be so.
According to people who got to see the build, performance has been SIGNIFICANTLY improved on the PS5 and the team said similar performance increases have happened for the PC with more to come before the release
