My observation. 1. The court- team on the opposite side of the camera won their respective sets. Last set, Arunachal's lead was too high to catch up when Nagaland switched to advantage court. 2. Infrastructure for inter-state level is not upto the mark. Well nothing is upto the mark in Nagaland. 3. Overconfidence and arrogance from the players and the fans of Nagaland were very rowdy and unpolished. (Maybe, little big of MC was also involved) 😅 4. How is the made up of😮😮?? In Nagaland, we don't have state level tournaments and couching camps on regular basis to choose the players from. 5. We are very unorganised in everything, let alone volleyball. Conclusion- Therefore, while states like Manipur and Mizoram have more than half of Indian football team and we do not even have ball-boys. Apart from one representation in archery in the Olympics, we don't come even close. Other NE states have medal winners. Untill and unless, there is structural change with visionary leadership, we will always be left far behind in, well, almost everything. We can't blame the players alone in any game. "Political will" matters to a large scale. Sorry to say all these but truth is bitter.😢😢😢
