The entire game is possible to beat dodgeless and blockless, even Title Defense. However theres two you likely CANNOT beat this way--Soda Popinski, and Super Macho Man. Pretty sure they require luck, the headgear, and ESPECIALLY TAS for SMM. But everyone else? Its possible. I just won't spoil you on how to do each fight :)
