What a fabulous idea! Question: do you paint the diluted blue over the white leaves before the white paint dries? Or do you let the white leaves dry completely before painting with the diluted blue? I’m guessing the latter but would like to know for sure. Thanks!

I tried it before letting the leaves dry and it made a big ugly mess. Now I have to paint over it and start over. 😠
