From the moment they came up with "an item that would help the basilisk see prophecies," I was jumping up and down shouting in my head "it's missing eye!" Skid came through for me :) lol
After watching the stream, I tried describing the game to a friend and found its almost impossible without saying "imagine if a doom metal album art was a game"
Really impressed by the pronunciation of Mörk Borg (Dark Castle). You guys have such amazing chemistry and energy, it really feels like y'all are so fucking hyped about most everything! And it sparks such joy to see and hear your enthusiasm, keep it up!
I was looking for an actual play for Cy_Borg, but the energy and enthusiasm of this group and great story building, plus GM skills kept me here. I guess i'll learn the system from here! Love the synergy of the group! Also the masked person in the jail, when addressing Sludgeface for the first time, the baffled confusion on having to utter his name for the first time was priceless! Amazingly played LOL
I've run Rotblack Sludge several times, usually keeping it very quick and to the point. I am absolutely loving how much texture Troy is applying to the intro alone. I'm interested in seeing what the rest of the dungeon looks like.

Mörk Borg doesn't lend itself to campaigns. Its more of an endurance test; how long can you survive before dying -- or worse? Its not about the glory you can amass; it's about how you die, and how interesting you can make that end.

Joe's slow hand raise to bring up the next doom roll was hilarious! I feel like I'm also the guy who reminds the GM about the bad stuff lol

With the initial announcement that the flagship GCP wouldn't be the 'classic' team I was skeptical. But when this video started I was 'oh look Kate and Sydney are back'. So I have to say the idea is growing on me.
Yeah man agreed. Initially I was like ehhhhh why are they changing such an awesome crew?! But Kate and Sydney are legit and add so much to the game. GCP 2.0 will be great if they're included.

I've seen plenty of RPG watch it played channels (even the overly popular ones I won't name), and only Acquisitions Incorporated, and this channel got it right IMHO! Keep on, keepin' on!

New to this channel. Nice group. Not as a slight to anyone, but Skid has that on-the-spot instinct to kick it up a notch. Listening to the audio while I'm working and having a laugh when I look up and find Skid's accoutrements have changed.
Love the theme here. Would you be willing to do a DMing tutorial with this game. I'm a noob, so overwhelmed with trying to learn to be a DM for D&D, but this looks a bit more manageable.

I'm not squeamish but I watched episode one of this just before bed and I had nightmares of hiding away in a dark corner to stop my friends stabbing me to get my stuff.
New to the GCP community only 82 episodes old. Thanks for the show. I find myself arguing with the crew about rules often and out aloud. I've been writing a campaign for a few friends and this has helped me with personalizing quests without changing the main story.

Toughness is a 3d6 to establish your MODIFIER, then character class builds out from there - w/adds potentially based on class :D
