Mr Bucky was a lucky man, lol. Imagine having a wife like Phyllis to cook and take care of you and the pets and the house. I miss these lovely people-- our loss is heaven's gain. RIP dear ones.
I feel like I’m sitting right inside their living room enjoying an unforgettable conversation thank you GOD please keep her son & family safe and in Your Care always 🙏🏻✝️🇺🇸
Words "joy and pleasure" come to my mind while watching these videos of Miss Phyllis and Mr. Bucky:-) Thank you Thank you Steven Ritter for keeping these up and going! God bless you and your family abundantly; and "surround you with favor, as with a shield". :-)
I cannot stop watching these!!! I absolutely love talking with and listening to older people!!! I cannot believe I just found this channel. Goes to show you we all have a story to tell. Some good, some bad, some painful and some hurtful.
I love that Mr Bucky and Miss Phyllis are just a couple clicks away. I love watching them together and i often get recipe ideas from Miss Phyllis' vast collection of ideas and life tips. I just made a shirt using her sewing instructions. I'm also glad that they are still together and i'm sure still looking starry eyed at one another. Love and Peace and God Bless! Two of Gods beautiful spirits living on through Utube!
Since you and Mr. Buckey have gone home, I still check things on your website. I love hearing you talk hearing you both and the stories you share with us!
Binge watching Miss Phyllis and Mr. Bucky is the only way I'm able to make it without them; I felt this same way when my own mom and dad died. I just have to hear their voices.

Omgosh I cannot even begin to tell you how much I miss you two! This old world lost a couple of gems! ♥️ Hope to see you both in heaven cooking and gardening and having a blast! 😘
What a blessed couple. Truly touched by The lord. So sorry they are now gone, but at least they are now together where they belong. So thankful we still have all the videos to remember them by. Role models for us all!
This video makes me miss this lovely couple even more. They have been a lovely blessing to me and obviously so many others. RIP Miss Phyllis and Mr. Bucky!
I'm so saddened that I didn't find her before she and Mr. Bucky passed. I thank God that I did in fact somehow find them now. She has been so soothing to me to listen to her and view her adventures never know she and Mr. Bucky had already passed. I found out a couple days ago and it just broke my heart.
I just found her and Mr. Bucky not too long ago, I think it was 2014. I think it was God’s intervention, because I don’t even know how I found the them.
I just happen to run into her videos and what a blessing she was to have posted her cooking recipes and of course her stories about the dogs and Mr. Bucky...I'm sorry for your loss...but know that she is in a better place and she was a great blessing when she was here on earth...
I just bonded with them and the dogs, never had a family lost mine in a car wreck when I was 13 months old, through cold hearted foster care...this family has touched my heart taught me how to cook. Strange I love this family mourned over their passing
Thank you for making these videos. After watching you and Mr. Bucky, I feel like I’ve been visiting with some dear sweet friends. It really does help me and is like good therapy. I’m sure there are others that feel the same way as I do. I recently got a divorce after 40 years of marriage. I’m 70 years old and have had a really hard time with it all. I felt like I was going fast down the road on a motorcycle and hit a brick wall. If it weren’t for God I could not have lived through all this. It all started in September 2015. I’ve lost 60 lbs but I’m doing good now. The Lord has seen me through it all. He loves me and will never leave me. I just felt compelled to tell you tonight about how much I appreciate both of you. You have the sweetest relationship that always brings a smile to my face. Take care and God bless.😘
Divorce is a hard thing to have to go through especially after 40 years of marriage. Live one day at a time and things will get better for you sooner than you think. Don't dwell on the past but look to the future and just wait and see what God will do to help you. He will be closer than a brother to you. He is the Holy One of Israel, your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob, your All in All, your ever present help in time of need and for sure the Great I Am. Prayers for you.
I love to watch these older videos…so full of love and comfort. Miss Phyllis and Mr Bucky are so dearly missed! Thank you for leaving these videos up…it’s like visiting old friends. ❤️
Hi you two! I live in Goodyear AZ. I am a widow and live alone! My husband, Robert, went home to Heaven in 2013. I just want to say what a blessing you two are to me. I think I kind of live vicariously through your videos. It brings me joy watching how much you two love and care for each other. I pray for you and ask Jesus to bless you mightily! Thanks for sharing your life with us!
Hi Dee, I read your comment above and I felt a kinship too you because my ex-husband passed away in 2013 also. We had been married for 28 years and divorced for 6 years and 2 months when he died. Why I am telling you this is because at no time did we ever separate our residences. We bought a home in Stockton, CA in November 1993 and continued to live there until he died April 05, 2013. I went to work that Friday afternoon. We had some casual yet pleasant conversion that morning and just like that he was gone while I was at work. I drove public transit bus in Stockton. We continued living together due to having two mortgages on the one house and we were unable to sell it at the time of the divorce. Additionally, we had a minor son at the time of the divorce with autism and we were both supporting him. Now four years and nearly four months after he died I am living on a very tiny pension and have left California. Our son was able to get some income and is now 28 years of age and living independently. I at 58 years of age feel betrayed that his father, my ex-husband, did not leave any financial provisions for me.
Dee Kriebs I'm joining the widows' as my husband passed in 2012 and I am still trying to keep and get myself together.... 😶 But I love you all too, your love is so plain to see and I feel i'm living through your experiences as well. Blessed be ❤❤❤

How so very precious that Mr. Bucky was in so many of Phyliss's videos. I can only imagine that it comes as a comfort now, considering that Mr. Bucky lives in Heaven now. I miss him too Phyliss. Both of you...so Precious. love you sweetheart. Connie in Lubbock, Texas
I can't decide if I love your cooking videos more or if I love the videos of you and Mr. Bucky just talking about your everyday lives. It's like having two good friends to hang out with. I know this was almost a year and a half ago but I hope your foot is all better and that you, Mr. Bucky and those sweet little dogs are doing well. God bless you all.
I feel so lucky to have found Mrs.Phyllis and Mr.Bucky. Whenever I get to missing these beautiful people, I just play their channel. I learn something new everytime i watch. Forever in my heart.❤️ Be sure to let the commercials play because the money goes to Mrs.Phyllis' school that she supported.
Oh my, I miss them so much! I thoroughly enjoyed watching them just chatting about their day. As much as I loved watching Phyllis cook, her story telling was always the best. They had a bad day, but took it all in stride. Two beautiful people who truly loved each other. Thank you both for bringing so much joy into our lives. ❤️
So sorry about your foot and the trip you didn't get to go on. I hope you feel so much better. I love watching your cooking it is so very good. Thank you so much for your videos. Hope your little doggies are all better now.
I recently subscribed to your channel. I've had day's and week's like that. Prayed myself through it. Love to see that you two can still chuckle through it all. What a lovely couple you two are. I will be keeping you in my prayers always. You're fur babies are beautiful. 🐕💗🐕💗🐕
I love listening to you. One time I had all the electrical items go out in my house within a 4 day period. We had a hurricane came thru and after the power came back on it kept surging. The washer & dryer went out first, the dishwasher second, the chest freezer third, then the refrigerator. I replaced all of them the following weekend, then 2 weeks after all that the oven and hot water heater went out. In less than a month I got complete house of new appliances.
So sorry so hear you all are going through a rough patch. It's my belief that sometimes The Divine wants us to slow down and rest, so circumstances come about that cause us to do just that. Even though those circumstances can be uncomfortable, the occasion can be an opportunity, if we make it such... an opportunity to hear more from The Divine & our Inner Selves, ideas and insights that come in times of quiet and inaction. At any rate, I hope you all find a way to treat yourselves since you had to cancel your vacation. I'll be thinking of you and I feel confident that smoother roads are close at hand.
I hope you, the dogs, the plumbing, the cooktop and everything else gets better. You guys have such great spirits that this is nothing but a mere bump in the road for you. Feel better and keep your head up. Time will pass and this will be a memory soon.
I just stumbled across your video's this morning and I must say I love your video's. It's just like sitting down with a really good friend or neighbor and chatting about everyday stuff. Like I said before, I love your house and you are such an immaculate housekeeper! Reminds me of my moms housecleaning. She was very particular about everything, as was her mother. I'm 60 now and can still remember just how my grandmothers house smelled, lol. It's funny the things w e remember. My grandmothers house looked sort of like yours. Well, I digress. I hate that you didn't get to go on your vacation and that you hurt your foot so bad. Glad your fur babies are doing better now too. I had to have my little West Highland White Terrier put down 2 days after Christmas this past year and I thought I would just die along with her! I had to take something for my nerves (and my colon) for 4 months! I have a spastic colon so getting upset does me in for quite a while sometimes. You just get so attached to a little dog or any pet that stays inside with you. They're almost like your child. But I'm doing better now. Hope you and Bucky have a great week!
I also agree that you guys might have been saved from something even worse! God's ways and works are amazing. I love how you share the places u shop, the bargains, the new stuff you're trying for the first time such as the nu wave and so on. the way you take us on little tours of parts of the country that you go to. your spirits are so sweet and comforting.I have a little bobtail Kitty that I'm heartbroken that I may have to give away.. because I can't afford to take care of, her the way she needs anymore. I noticed you don't have any Kitty's... but I sure wish I could give her to you.. I know I would never have to worry about her... although I would miss her terribly. I hope y'all get to take your vacation... because y'all deserve it. you work so hard. God bless you, and your sweet doggys.
I just discovered ur ch a few days ago and subscribed ... iv been told i was born too late...! Lol .. i love anything to do with mid 1800's to late 1950's ... my grandparents have passed as well as my folks and since i was a late in life baby that made me an orphsn at an early age ! I miss my grandparents and my mama and daddy so bad that it actually makes my heart hurt and ache with real pain ...so to hear you speak and share your recipes and your stories as well as your husband fills that hole that was left when my parents died ...thank you so much my daddy always said ..."people could touch others lives without even knowIng it "... u have touched mine ... blessings and thanks Judy B
I like watching because she reminds me of my granny. She calls her purse a pocket-book, so did mine. At her funeral the preacher told " heaven is even sweeter once someone you love is there". I feel the same way about her & Bucky & her dogies.
So nice to have discovered your channel. I've been binge watching. I'd love to have a place like yall's in the mountains. Reminds me of my grandmother's home in Arkansas where I'd visit from the Gulf Coast as a child learning farming, cooking, quilting, and canning. Was SO peacefull. God Bless You Both and your "Babies" and thanks for sharing your life.
So sorry for your loss sweet lady! God will help you through it, He helped me 32 years ago when I lost my 19 year old son, hang in there He will help you in your time of need... The Master always does when you call upon Him..
my mom who is a fan of you, her name is dawn, she found out yesterday she has lymphoma. Bad things happen and it sucks! Nothing to do but trudge on and fight. I'm glad she told me about you. I believe she said she's emailed or talked to you on here. Hope things get better for you 2!
I just happened upon this video and I hope by now that all is well with you and Mr. Bucky. I love both of you. Watching your videos is like Face-timing with family. I prayed for you today even though I am sure by now that your foot is doing well. Thank you for making time for all of us.
I always believe things happen for a reason and God only gives you what you can handle, I'm glad everyone is ok. Prayers for a great recovery for everyone including the house.
I'm sorry your foot got hurt and I hope it heals soon. I'm happy the dogs are on the mend and I'm sorry about the cooktop. My prayers are with you, Mr. Buckey and the dogs and on your entire household, extended family, your possessions, everything, so that you and yours be safe. Best regards.
I'm so sorry all this has happened to both of you. You're such fun to watch so I was looking forward to your tapes from the beach. Foot pain is terrible since it affects everything you try to do throughout your day. Try to stay off of it and keep it elevated when you can. That should help. I sure hope you're doing better soon. Prayers and best wishes to you both. It was good to see Mr. Bucky, again, too.
It is hard to see people as nice as you both go through such a trying period! Yes, sometimes when it rains it really does pour! It is times like this when it is important to count your blessings and you both as blessed in some many wonderful ways. If you can post an update soon since you have many followers who are worried about y'all! You both (and your doggies too!) are in my prayers! Get well soon Phyllis!
WOW, I know all is well now, just watching some different things ya'll have put out! As Mr. Bucky said,,,it's not a curse it's a blessing,,,,God let these things happen for a reason!
You and Mr. Bucky are in prayers. I hope y'all are doing ok during the hurricane. I heard it weakening but it's supposed to strengthen Agian and hit the Northeast where I am.
I realize this was years ago. But I have always felt that if everything but the kitchen sink is being put in front of me. Maybe. .just perhaps I'm not supposed to be on the road or go where my plans were for a reason. When that happens I cheerfully accept the fact that perhaps I'm being kept out of harm's way. It has been such a pleasure for me to find you on RUclips. Good Journey to you both.
I'm so sorry to hear that you have hurt yourself. Get well soon, I will keep you both in my prayers. I just think that you all are so adorable together.

My thoughts, too! Big storm! Bless everyone on the coast.
Phyllis, we are praying, praising, & thanking God for your breakthrough!
You two are precious ❤️
Donna Jean very 💓👍
I also agree that you guys might have been saved from something even worse!
I love this video. Thank you whoever made this video. I brings up such pleasant memories.
Praying for a speedy recovery for your foot and good health for all of you.
I really like you two folks. Kind of adopting you to my family. Love the way you relate to one another.
The Master always does when you call upon Him..
oh my goodness...I hope your foot heals quickly. I will keep you all in my prayers. Stay healthy.
my mom who is a fan of you, her name is dawn, she found out yesterday she has lymphoma. Bad things happen and it sucks! Nothing to do but trudge on and fight. I'm glad she told me about you. I believe she said she's emailed or talked to you on here. Hope things get better for you 2!
God favours you and Mr Bucky. He's a mighty God !! Love and God bless .
I just happened upon this video and I hope by now that all is well with you and Mr. Bucky. I love both of you. Watching your videos is like Face-timing with family. I prayed for you today even though I am sure by now that your foot is doing well. Thank you for making time for all of us.
You are definitely in my prayers. Hope you get to feeling better soon.
Prayers to you and yours. I just love "visiting" with you and Mr Bucky. It's a nice treat to see Peppy and Steely, too.

What a lovely couple. At least they are together now.
Loved again listering to this.
Thanks for your commentary and excellent example of how hard we should work to have a good life! I love all the stuff you do.
I love seeing you both. I hope you all feel better.
I sure do miss these two ❤️❤️❤️😥
I hope you all get better soon...and no more bad luck.
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️will miss miss both of you and your stories..
I feel that at the time they are a pain..but the it may have prevented a worse event happening.
WOWZER WHAT A WEEK!! GOD BLESS YOU AND WATCH OVER YOU BOTH AND THE SWEET DOGGIES
I loved watching this sweet lady and mr Bucky ❤
Love and prayers for your family.
I'm so sorry to hear that you have hurt yourself. Get well soon, I will keep you both in my prayers. I just think that you all are so adorable together.
Phyllis! You all are so charming! I love listening to you and Mr Bucky! I stumbled onto your videos just by chance and have been watching them for a couple of weeks, now. I hope you're both well! Jennifer
