That's confidence Tanner. Brian Crockett had confidence in you to drive his car. You having confidence in yourself and the equipment to get in the seat and stand on the gas. Excellent result! Yes , second sucks. BUT look what you did in the heat and the main. Great work ! It is and will continue to be a learning experience. If you stop learning , you'll stop progressing and stop moving forward. Keep on keepin' on!
Sometimes the older technology can make a difference. I used to crew chief a late model at New River Valley Speedway in Virginia and we were the only big spring car with oil shocks. There was a lot of head scratching when we won the biggest race of the year, and a couple others. I would imagine springs give a different feel over the bars, and might even be different in how they load up the tires. Glad to see you running well! Things are going to turn around!
That was a great run Tanner. You're right that car actually works damn good! Like your said, just a couple things had went differently and you'd have been on the top step! Good job buddy 👍

Tanner Holmes. You have been showing your racing spirit and a willingness to mix it up a little lately and that's great. I have felt that you were playing it safe in the recent past an I just don't believe that it suits you. You need to show your aggressive side a little more. Dive in and take the spot away from whoever is in front of you. Make space where there isn't any, and protect yourself from the snipers at your back. BTW Carly is fixing to show you up. She's hungry and aggressive. She wants the world to see her as your equal, which she is in every way except one; she doesn't get as much track time as you do.

The way I see it compared to last year it and you did great. That's a heck of a set up if you can grab quick time ove the other bigger horse power cars. It's sad that different race divisions will do group qualifying I feel that the driver can't always get their best time in that kind of format. Prime example Carly being slowed up when she qualified. How much different is a coil over car compared to your torsion car. Is it more free tighter or no real difference. Just wondering, haven't been around sprint cars a whole lot in southern California. Just Perris Auto Speedway, occasionally.
Wow finally you looked way more comfortable . That car was set up to drive and you did tanner. Lookin like Carly at the wheel.. you need to set up your car like Crockett's..you coulda had a juggling act going on all the while keeping the wheel where you wanted too with one hand.. it blew me away to see you drive with control.. no see sawing ... You coulda won all your races with this car and your feel for it.. looked incredible sitting over those rear tires... What a ride... Now to finish watching your vid .. Carly you did it too ...knew you would riding with your beast again. U could be the best female racer if not now sooner than not in any kinda car.. F1 is waiting for you and alpine is looking for new female drivers more than all the others. And remember Stewart andretti and Jenner for you to send them your vids.. and Carly I'd claim too to be the better driver . So what is the engine size in The limited sprints on the West Coast. We really don't have them here where I live. We do have a new steel block class here in Indiana which is pretty cool and gaining a lot of new members. Just curious on the rules on a limited Sprint.
You guys deserve a good run maybe whoever’s doing the set up on that car could look at your car Awnother good set of eyes never hurts. I know you guys have had some horrible racing luck not all car issues. I forget if you have a shock dyno or a spring smasher and to be honest I have no idea how that would even help on setup never used them.

Big improvement over the last 3 weeks!! You pretty much got all you could out of the car. Hope Carly is ok???
