It seems like he put trippy as a feature to show people the effects of long term drug abuse. At the end of his "verse" when the screen changed the red color, he looked almost demonic. Mgk never smiled or looked slightly happy. Just because its an uptempo song, doesn't mean it's about happiness & pleasure. Which is a reflection on drug use, i think.
