I know it has been a few years, but I found your video, because I could not figure out, how to connect the antenna, because all of my wires were missing.I was able to figure it out, using your video. Your explanation of the operation was well done also.
I just fixed my Zenith 9H885 console which is quite a similar chassis but with the added 9th phono osc tube and yeah I pretty much ended up rewiring 98% of the chassis starting off with all the radio gran wiring. Took me quite a long time but this radio performs quite well and I'm sure yours does now.
