Those who files false FIRs for money on innocent people should be punished astringently because poor became victim of false FIR and in cross complaint police files FIR without taking any consideration. How can anyone files FIR on innocent people's? It's a very wrong practice to harassing by filing FIRs in false complaint. Same police should not be given charge of any area more than 3 years. Those who falsely cross complaint and harassing innocent people should be punished with minimum 7 year's jail. And also those makes false complaint in police station should also get minimum 7 year's jail. पड़ोसियों के झगड़े में जिनके रिलेशन बड़े होते हैं उन्हें को ही न्याय मिलने की संभावना होती है क्योंकि अगर किसी का relative पुलिस है तो ज्यादा चान्स होता है कि जिनकी गलती नहीं होती उनके ऊपर झूठा तक्रार करके उन्हें complaint पीछे लेने के लिए दबाव बनाया जाता है बाकी कोई देखते नही कि गलती किसकी थी. थोडासा तो नैतिकता फॉलो करना चाहिए जब हम किसी के ऊपर झूठा गुन्हा दाखल करते हैं तो सामने वाला टूट जाता क्योकि जिसका relative पोलिस में होता है वो अपने लोगों के favour में सब evidence गलत कर देता है और यहां पे मेडिकल करने से जबानी लेने तक सब उलटा सुलट सेटल होता है. सरकारी हॉस्पिटल में जब हम किसी मारणे के बाद भेजते है तो वहा भी ऐसा ही होता हैं जिसके ऊपर ये बीतती है ये उन्हें दुःख मालूम होता है. इसलिए जो लोग झूठा गुन्हा दाखल करते हैं उन्हें भी सजा होनी चाहिए और जो भी डॉक्यूमेंट होते है वो हर स्टेज पर victim पीड़ित को compulsory देना चाहिए. हर चीज़ का वीडियो करने का मोका victim के साइड के लोगों को देना चाहिए क्योकि सब evidence बाद में चेंज होता है.
मेरा मानना है कि सभी अधिकारी और सभी लोग गलत नहीं है. बाकी कुछ अधिकारी बहुत अच्छा काम करते हैं उन्हें मैं धन्यवाद कहूंगा और मेरा उन्हें salute है जो निष्पक्षता ते काम करते हैं. हमारे साथ ऐसा ही मॅटर हुआ है.. हमारे घर मे एक आदमी को गाव में मंदिर के अध्यक्ष सचिव ने उनके खिलाफ गलत काम करने की complaint करने की वजह से मारा था और और उनका relative पोलिस था और वहीं पुलिस गाव का इंचार्ज था और उसे सब कुछ मालूम था लेकिन उसने गलत काम मे मदत करी और उलटा हमारे ऊपर गुन्हा दाखल कराया और बाद में complaint पीछे लेने के लिए बहुत दबाव बनाया. जो लोग हमारे तरफ से गवा देने आए थे उन्हें भी पुलिस ने धमकाया था. जो witness थे उन्हें पुलिस बोल रहे थे कि दोनों पार्टी एक हो जाएंगे आपका क्या होगा? इस मैटर में बहुत खच्चीकरण किया गया था जिसने मंदिर के गलत काम किए थे उन्हें कुछ नहीं हुआ. उन्होंने मंदिर का पूरा संपत्ती लूटकर खा रहे हैं.
