HOW TO LACE DOC MARTENS (STANDARD Way)

  • In this video I'll be showing how to lace your Doc Martens in a standard style. This is a great style to come back to if you are swapping out your laces for new ones, or after removing your laces for cleaning. It's super easy and is the standard style done by Doc Martens in stores.

    In the military instead of using a series of vertical V as shown here, we use a series of vertical ^ or an upside down V. I like this style will try it on my corcoran paratrooper 1500 boots

      Moist towel and clothes iron on low heat. Patience and some dubbin or oil

      To achieve this look simply tuck the bow tie behind the boot tongue, to keep it out of sight 👍

      @@wearablyweird Can you show how that's done? The lace with the boot is not long enough and the tongue is so large that tucking the bow behind is basically impossible; I must be doing it wrong.
