Corn beef as I prefer to add boiling water as it cooks a lot faster.
I just add white vinegar and peppercorns and sea salt and cook for 2 hours if a kilo or more.
And believe me I cook corn beef a lot.
Love corn beef im from New Zealand I dont have mine with parsley sauce I do mine with cheese sauce and cauliflower and broccoli

The website does have another recipe, using a pressure cooker... But does mention the timing for using a stockpot.

The vinegar ruins the vegetables in the pot. Adds flavour to the meat but not good for side dishes.
Sorry no corned beef has sooo many nitrates in it so so much better to talk about that and how to reduce the nitrates as you go.. it is not hard to do I mean reduce them nitrates are SSSo bad so let's talk about that and help them make an awesome corned beef happy to help you with that.? Get a wider audience
