I am talking out of experience, I used to listen a lot to music to the point where I reached derealization and extreme depression. I slowly cut the music and all my troubles stopped but now I am back into the hellhole I was in.

when I served in langkawi as a member of the malaysian coast guard. when I served in langkawi as a member of the malaysian coast guard. At the height of the Rohingya crisis in Myanmar which saw many Rohingya Muslims become refugees seeking refuge in other countries, especially in Malaysia itself in large numbers, among the refugees who were fortunate enough to be rescued, there were those who were Alim Ulamak and Hafiz Quran. thankfully for these tahfiz most of them consisted of children who were successfully saved. they are the young generation of connectors and custodians of the Quran who need to be protected as for our islam it self in the future,
