I would LOVE to have a small, move-in ready home for no more than €25K (all closing costs included), 15 minutes from the Adria. A village that is a little bigger (like Guglionesi) would be perfect. However, not being financially qualified to obtain residency, I can only live there for 90 days at a time.

Are public transport accessible in these villages to the town center and train stations?
Yes, in these small villages many people take the bus to go to work in the big cities in the morning and return in the evening, they are not so frequent, for example in Dogliola they pass 4 times a day. in these big cities there is a connection with trains or other buses that come from Rome and Naples
Where is the catch? Can I put air conditioning on those houses? Looks quite hot in summer
