Thank you so much for this video. It's the best explanation I've seen regarding lookup fields and subforms and how they define relationships in Zoho Creator.
We want to create a storage application where we charge per week for each storage location. So it needs to dynamically show us what space we have and also work to provide billing reports. Something easily achievable in Creator?
One question by default zoho in 1:N unidirectional relationship behind creates intermediate table right? , i mean roles and employe and only put in employe relationship with roles with multiline that means 1:N on employee side but if I only want that cause i dont want see the employees when reporting roles behind the scenes is making a table right?, Cause I can put em1 role1 role2, and the em2 role2 this is imposible when role has only one employee u understand me right?
Go for a developer It takes money but can make a better product than what you can make with zoho. Creating a software with citizen development is like forge your own sward and go to war. Where most of your time goes to sward making and not practicing it. Its just good to outsource this thing and practice it more.
Hmmm, I get your point. However in my case : as a starter the process of developing and mapping out these applications gave me a better understanding of how exactly my business is working, what structures needs to be improved and how I could further automate day to day busy work. If you already have a good understanding of your business structure I would opt for a developer too
Its imposible on one row cause tshirts has more than one size and u have to create bidirecctional cause its N:M relationship u have to create sizes and tshirts and make a new form with add new clothes with 2 lookups one to clothes and one to sizes or u can make lookup on clothes with multiline and sizes with multiline lookup clothes inprefer first one
