For a flaky scalp: I don’t know if you have tried this yet because it was something I totally overlooked until I mentioned my issue to my stylist and she told me this. When you shampoo, do it atleast 2-3 times especially if you only wash 1-2x a week. I always thought that double shampooing was a marketing scheme to use more product. But she explained how shampooing once doesn’t clean the scalp enough to remove all the oil which can cause your glands to get clogged and your scalp to become flaky. I tried it out and it has helped ALOT!

Scalp flaking is fungus that your body produces. It's caused by sugar and white carbs or sometimes even meat. I was able to get rid of it forever after I fixed my diet. It's definitely hard to eat clean but my scalp and hair in general have gone from 0 to a 100.

I've tried complete diet overhauls cutting out sugar, dairy, carbs, gluten even meat! no diet has worked since I initially changed my diet a few years ago. Omg that cerave ointment is a life saver. I get severe cracked lips, like prescribed medication cracked, and that product has saved me! Can’t live without it. I put it all over my face now haha

GIRL. The L’Absolu Lacquer is a super super similar formula to any of the YSL Glossy Stains and Glossy Stain Pop Water, etc… They DO literally last ALL DAY and stay glossy. Something to do with the “oil in water” technology in them. So weird but so great!! I have so many colors of the Lancome and YSL! My go to lip products.
You need to try the Essence pure nude highlighter!! It’s a beautiful very subtle highlight. It looks like it could be an affordable dupe for the YSL. I got mine from Ulta and it’s what I reach for most days. Also the Dr. Lipp nip balm ( multi purpose ointment) at Walmart or beauty bay is one of the best lip treatments

Best for lips is cetaphil healing ointment skin protectant! It's cheap and works amazing, I get eczema at this time of the year around my lips and this works like a dream, I used to use cerave but that didn't quite do the job like cetaphil does 👌🏽

I love cerave healing ointment! You can also use it on top of your moisturizer if you have super dry skin. I have been doing it forever and it gives my skin the best glow. Also highly reccomend Aquaphor lip products
It’s not fancy but the Polysporin lip health lip balm is the only thing that actually hydrated and softens my lips! It’s in a tub and can look white on your lips (so I just use it at night) but it is AMAZING
For chapped lips, I started using Tart Lip Therapy from the line Awake. It's done wonders for me. The lip scrub is amazing too. ps. Love all of your videos, look forward to each months favorites 🥰
I use different shampoos every few months to clear my scalp I used main and tail for a while then my dandruff came back so I switched to pantein pro v and I might have to switch again I been using a homemade essential oil shampoo
Hey steph I have the same sinus issues and I started using the CVS brand nasal spray it really helps! Or any brand that contains the main ingredient oxymetazoline! It helps me breathe so much better!

The lanolin cream in the purple tube! Target has it for about $10. It’s labeled as nipple cream but it’s amazing for lips.

The cerave healing ointment is the only thing that helped my daughters eczema! We use it on any dry patches and it’s the best.
