I also didn't know the roller could be taken out to wash. Yep this F20 Max is value for the money paid but I wish the company had furnished some instructions or a link on such details. I hope they do provide the link to new purchasers.

i think i paid 100 dollars for my vacuum and i got it as a open box in amazon.
Not sure which region you are from - in some areas the return policies are more liberal so you may end up having items that people have returned.
