Yea I feel like both helmets leave a lot to be desired but they fit in that lifestyle niche some people are looking for. I’m personally think of trying out an RF1400 next
@@2GunzTony Check out some of the big channels early videos where they are still getting their feet, yours are already pretty good off the bat so once you get your feet I can only imagine good they will be. Keep 'em coming.
It was like the put together this awesome premium product and then forgot about the buckle. So they just threw the standard trash on it. Thanks for watching
Was looking at the Ghost bandit. But then ran across the Outlaw Bandit. Is the only differences the vents and drop down shield inside the Ghost Bandit? Was first looking at Ruroc but I even though they look cool, I don't think the quality is there, which lead me to Simpson. Nice comparison. Would have been nice to hear about how they perform when using them though. Like wind noise, buffeting, etc.
@@2GunzTony I think so. No issues at all that i have noticed. The clip works perfect right there and the visor slide isn’t obstructed…seems to be perfect actually.
I really feel like I’m more of an intermediate oval head shape. I feel like it fits snug and feel weightless to me. I also threw on my old lane splitter for comparison and I can definitely say the Simpson is quieter and deflects more wind. I think I will do a head to head comparison part 2 on the bike.
Why doesn't anyone talk about peripheral vision and the ability to shoulder check? I've tried a few full face and that's my biggest issue with them. But what one has the best?
unfortunately I have no experience with the other 2 helmets you mentioned but i do recommend the sipson for its style and having some of the most comfortable internal lining on any helmet I have had.
Best of luck with your channel. A little advice from a digital marketing guy.. make the videos shorter. Easier to consume for the viewer and easier to shoot and edit for you. Instead of making one 20min video, make 5 videos of up to 4min. Your channel will grow much faster.
Thanks for the advice… I’m a little long winded and often get sidetracked. Thanks for watching though! I’m about to refresh this video but with the Simpson heads up against a shoei I’ll try out your recommendations

Hey two gunz I’m a 22 1/2 and just got the speed bandit in the mail today from get lowered they said to drop down a size in the speed bandit because it runs big so I got a small it fits snug my cheeeks don’t get pushed up and no movement I just don’t know if it’s to tight my first helmet getting my first fxbb in March any help would be awesome idk if I should send it back and get a medium I have nothing to cmapate.it to are they supposed to fit snug ? Thanks man love the content It may just be the Cushing being there lowest price I just feel like it rubs on my forehead other the. That love for my first one and advent step up to the ghost but Idk I don’t want to send it back get the medium and it be to big and loose on my head 🤔
Yea helmet sizing is always tough, especially now that you can’t just go in and try them all out. But here’s my recommendation.getting a little chipmunk cheek from your helmet is not a bad thing, that mean the helmet is doing it’s job and protecting your mandible. How pressure around the crown of the head is no go. Especially if it feel like your head is pressed against the shell. That’s gonna cause fatigue really fast And the helmets need the space and cushion to do it job. I hope that helps.
I think the smoked lens inside is better because you can lift the shield in the summer for more air flow.
Have a Lane Splitter, buying the Venom, I'm just surprised that they don't have a better closing/lock then just the d rings under the chin
Yea it’s pretty disappointing
Congrats! I like the Simpson ghost bandit looks, but don't think I'd ever buy one. I have a ruroc 2.0 and sedici strada 2 and am very happy with them.

Thanks for watching! I think the outlaw bandit uses a different visor lock too. The Simpson is a great helmet I’m still wearing it!
I was able to add my cardo packtalk black w the clip right behind the visor switch.
nice! is it easy to reach there?

Love the new set up. I am starting to look into a new helmet for next season.
Thanks, bro! I highly recommend the Simpson. 1
Do you feel like the difference in round oval and intermediate oval is a big one? Which do you like more?

I’ve switched to the shoei rf1400 which has very good peripheral range.
What would you recommend, looking at the hjc f70 helmet. The atlas 3.0 and the Simpson's ghost bandit helmet. Having trouble deciding
unfortunately I have no experience with the other 2 helmets you mentioned but i do recommend the sipson for its style and having some of the most comfortable internal lining on any helmet I have had.
The atlas looks cool but thats about it. Its cheaply made and the customer service is crap.

How about the sizing? Same from helmet to helmet or did you size down?
I stuck with same size. I was a large in both and I feel like the Simpson is more snug.
