Cape Town Minstrels enter Athlone stadium for annual Minstrel carnival competition. Stadium doors opens @ 1pm but bigger troops enter @ 6pm to compete, as they have sponsors and brands to be seen example The Cape Argus, Ashwin Willimse, Die Son, Pick&Pay and Extreme Paving . Troops are Judge on best dress. How they mix up minimum of 3 bright colours and drum major the way he moves to tunes on day one. They play 3 tunes latest hit, old school and South African jazz tune as they make it in the stadium.

Lol this intro of juvies had the crowd Goin crazy for them to play that green point stadium song after mos a klap in ur gevriet. They know how to put u back into ur seat.

Thanx again Jimmy. But what on earth happend yestrday with the klopse jol event? The band master of the big teams are more focused on what they playing then wu they playing it for I have a music back ground so I understand the things they doing is amazing showcasing their talent. But for the people that just want to come see klops and have a leka time they couldn't even be on their feet for more than 3 or maximum 4 loops of a song. Juvies still standing but with crutches. Even Baruch is not Baruch of old the things the band is doing is amazing beautiful the hi register stuff wow but not for the normal bystander if not for challas knowing what to play where then All stars also boring well done to posh vibrant for a great klopse joll playaz has 2 pot style songs but still not keeping u up their but probably have the best songs on the day but still can't loop the song 3 times then it becomes boring.
But standing ovation to All stars they were better than playez and juvies
