Every since the whole quarantine started, I went to Michaels 2 days in a row and bought painting stuff that usually would cost $50 but because of their sales and discount it went down to $20. And I started painting about 2 canvases each day, and I already have my small gallery even though some paintings are trash. This channel is good at not keeping me bored at home

Here are some tips if you're painting colours in an ombre:
1. Paint from the light colours to the dark if you don't want the light colours to be covered
2. Paint in one direction, either horizontal or vertical (not both)
3. Don't paint over the lighter colours if you just painted over the dark colours without washing your brush

I use paper and tape but my trick is to tape it to my desk before putting it on the paper so the glue isn't as harsh when I peel it
I recommend putting a drop of water and then let it cover tape then dry and use it ur paper won’t tear

let it dry before peeling it off, and if you're putting it on paper, de-stick the tape a little bit by pressing it on your shirt sleeve or something a couple times
Stick it briefly against some fabric (check how sticky it is when you unpeel it because it might not be sticky enough after a couple times) before applying it to the canvas. It's difficult to get a good balance of not-too-sticky-but-still-sticky-enough, also some brands of masking tape can be different? So maybe experiment a bit

A whole bunch of practice I believe. It gets really difficult if you have carple tunnel or something though. But going slowly also helps too I believe.

I use masking tape for borders but it rips my paper and I use paper for acrylic painting. How do I prevent that.
Jane it’s easier to buy canvases and painters tape. Trust me, it works sooo much better.

It's not paper it's canvas
If this diamond were a window, it symbolises how we should look beyond wealth and riches and focus on what really matters. The one shooting star also signifies how one must focus (thus shoot in the direction of) their goals before racing for wealth.
