Not that I'm aware
Excellent video. Could you please tell me what model of scope you used in your video. Is this a piece of hardware and then software running on it. I see it is manufactured by Melda Productions but I was wondering what the model number and name is please? If it is two items please provide the details of both. Thanks in advance
Hi, I use MOscilloscope and MAnalyzer by a company called Melda - they’re free with some limitations in the MFreeFXBundle. Occasionally I’ll use scopes by VCV
So is it hardware or a software module
@@jamesarseneau5623 software, it’s N overlay I add in post
Thanks very much

can audio be run thru the filter
Alan Boyt not currently, at least not without going though the vocoder of course
So the envelopes are polyphonic?
I can't find this on Amazon. Is it out yet?
Thanks for the comprehensive and revealing review. loopop. QUESTION: so I can just get the black microfreak, get it’s firmware updated , use an iPhone earphones and vocoder away??
Mein S indeed! As long it’s the old earphones and not the new ones with the lighting jack...
loopop Thank you, it would save me $50. Hallelujah!
loopop I am subscribed to your channel, btw.
Hi there , i've got the old black microfreak and done the update but when i put the "type" button on vocoder it always say "WARNING MIC NEEDED" i've try every settings and 3 differents mic and headset.. the output with a headphone is working but its seems that its not working with a mic .. Did someone can help me pls ?
Arturia customer service?
I do think this is only suitable in a studio setting , I've tried it live and the mic picks up to much sound and produces loads of feedback . Try it with other sounds going at the same time !
"...before they [Apple] came up with the courage to kill the headphone jack." You almost lost me right there, good grief. (Maybe you're being sarcastic?)
Apart from that, great video! Definitely considering buying one of these...
Thanks and Yes, to be absolutely clear I was being sarcastic that they came up with the courage to kill the headphone jack the same day they announced wireless headphones...
Amazing! Thank you for the links to the adapters, mine just arrived today. I thought for sure my teenage engineering headphones with the mic would work for Vocoding on the MF but they don’t. The adapter you mentioned works great. ✌️🎶🎹
Ted Pedersen great - thanks for the comment!
Can the vocoder handle chords or not?
Where can I buy an external flex mic like this version? Probably I'll buy the black bc is almost 100$ cheaper here and the official mic is 35$ hmm I think should cost like 15$
BTW, I just subbed! I thought I had done so already but seems not. Funny though, cause I thought I did a year ago! Anywho, subbed now. Your videos are what helped me decide on the microfreak a year ago!
This just damned cool. What a surprise. Thanks for the video!
Loving this new look. Here's hoping someone comes out with a new skin kit for the freak. This is how they should have launched the freak.
