Is there a link to an article to verify this? Everybody has all these wild rumors about the cast from the video and even the band themselves. Would be nice to know where this allegation comes from....?
It's weird that both this song and Sex Over The Phone by the Village People have these extremely Gay music videos, but also have longer versions of the videos with a scene with a woman dancing and a verse sort of clarifying that they're "DEFINITELY STRAIGHT"
song is actually produced in 1979. what so odd is this was promotiong "rock disco" since there was a backlash in 79 for regular disco. the record companies still wanted to profit, but soon ran away from disco. Still the group was a straight village people meets Kiss without the make up concept (by the way their management was the same as Kiss [Aucion Management])..
