Pineapple Bun (Hong Kong Style)

Hong Kong Style Pineapple Bun
Ingredients:
3 cups of All purpose flour
2 tbsp of butter
7g of Instant yeast
5 tbsp of granulated sugar
1 cup of milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp of salt
~For the Pineapple topping:
60g of butter
60g of granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
A drop of yellow food coloring
115g of all purpose flour
1 tsp of vanilla flavor
3g of salt
3g of baking powder
Bake for 20mins on 160°c
