For that I recommend just some simple resistance training exercises for abs, nothing too crazy like 40 reps 😅. And don't go too hard on the diet so you don't loose muscle mass!
Congrats on who you manage to summon here. I haven't summon anyone in the latest New Year's banner. Or rather I haven't summon anyone 5 star focus yet. I ended up summoning Geoffrey for the first time and another Farina so far. For other banners, I manage to get NY Dagr and Nott and NY Elm for the first time from the first returning NY banner at last and I finally manage to summon Winter Edelgard from her banner. I'll try to summon more to hopefully get more of the 5 star units I'm looking for. Glad to hear you have a wonderful New Year's. Here's hoping for more videos from you and for good things to come for you.
Nothing for 30 summons looked like my usual summons. Well, except it picked up afterwards, that wouldn't happen to me :D You're missing Anna, while for me Anna is the only character i have between both of these banners. 20 summons later on Askr/Embla banner the only unit i got was... copy of Ascended Hilda. On a banner with 6% focus and 2% random 5*. Just my luck i guess xd
I got everyone I wanted pre-spark on the main NY banner, which is now giving me a tiny conundrum on who to spark (it won’t be Kana). On the other two NY banners I got Ronan and Brave Soren, the former putting me one step closer to completing the Thraciadex and the latter being used to give R!Ophelia Flare, MNFU, and TP4 which I promptly slapped onto Brave Marianne. Pretty satisfied with my haul overall. (As a question, which games would you like to see more seasonals of? I desperately want more Jugdral seasonals)
I got a #question for you rocket. We all have things we are proficient in but suppose you were somehow a fire emblem unit . What weapon and movement type would you be in feh? Regardless of your answer I’m sure you would be welcomed addition.
